We are looking for Technical support engineer To join our distant team and ensure a smooth operation of our applications. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting current applications, repairing errors, and ensuring smooth and stable operation during the night hours.

Choose the schedule that suits your life – we rent the three options:

1. Weekends only: Saturday and Sunday, 07: 00-23: 00 (GMT+3)
2. Week episodes: Monday – Friday, 23: 00-07: 00 (GMT+3)
3. Transformations on the days of the week: Monday – Friday, 15: 00-23: 00 (GMT+3)

What will you do?

• Provide immediate support, professional support through chat, email and ticket tools
• Monitor the infrastructure and the health of the application to ensure the operation and performance time
• Explore and repair errors. Extravagance of critical issues to engineering when needed
• Run routine checks on cloud services and solve problems at the Infra level
• Register accidents, follow -up, and improve our internal knowledge base
• Partner with English & Qa for smooth implementation and clear communication

What we are looking for

• 6+ months of experience with Bethon and Diggoand or There is no commercial experience but:
  • complete Related courses/camps (Python, django, databases, AWS)
  • strong Technical basics (HTTP/REST, GIT, Linux Basic, Error Correction)
  • Practical projects (Pet projects/laboratories/internal training) – Gypper’s links welcome
• Good knowledge Postgresql (Or another dipell)
• Ifta with AWS (EC2, S3) – The basics are good
• solid Analytical and correction skills
• The basic understanding Application interfaces break And the front end (HTML, CSS, Javascript))
• Clearly convenient communication independently and in a team

Nice to be

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD Pipelines
• consciousness Web application safety Best practices
• The background in Green/scrum Environments
