The Archer Girls School in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a football coach. We are an educational community that supports and challenges young women to discover their passion and realize their true potential. 485 girls are served in grades 6-12, the joyful and reassurance program is established on the latest research on how to better learn girls. Archer provides a competitive athletics program competing in the Gold Coast League. We look forward to employing a qualified soccer coach that focuses on the basic values ​​of Athler Athletics, including leadership, personality, teamwork and comprehensive work.

We are currently looking for an experienced football coach

• Ideal training skills at high school level
• Strong experience in school athletics
• A passion for teaching and learning from young people

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Planning, directly, and managing policies for all team and games practices 5 days a week
• Cooperation with sports support staff to meet the needs of the team
• Work with athletics manager at the High School on the selection and scheduling of the team’s competitions.
• Coordination of all activities in preparation for scheduled competitions (game preparation)
• Attending the directives of athletics coaches, night award ceremony, and employee meetings
• Ensuring appropriate safety measures when conducting team activities
• Be responsible for the team’s actions and behavior whenever it is under your supervision
• Pay the appropriate attention and care and follow up with injured athletes or illness, including filling infection models.

Qualifications:

• Kanji’s experience, secondary school, or football coach at the college level: an expert in providing different instructions for athletes from all levels.
• Be organized and show a strong desire to build the program at all levels.
• Knowledge of the basics and competitive football technologies
• Be a positive model
• CPR/favorite first aid certificates
