The Department of Contest Studies is the world’s pioneer department to research psychotic disorders through many measures. It is part of IOPPN. The largest academic community in Europe devoted to the study and prevention of mental illness. IOPPN produces more outputs that have been cited (the highest 1 % categorical) on psychiatry and mental health more than any other center (SCIVAL 2021). The greatest IOPN power is the multidisciplinary nature of its research strategy and educational activities, providing unique opportunities for students and employees.

About the role

Postholder will contribute to new and exciting studies and provide administrative support for a specialized clinic that treats people with schizophrenia and relevant psychotic disorders. Postolder will be responsible for the administrative support of the clinic and the analysis of clinical results. They will be involved in other relevant research.

This is a full -time post (35 hours a week), and a fixed contract will be presented in the fixed term until September 14, 2026 (with the possibility of extending and developing a doctorate degree depending on financing and progress)

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to get the following skills and experience:

Basic standards

  • Master of Master (such as psychological research, mental health studies, psychology, neuroscience) granted or suspended at least the level of merit
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management and attention to details
  • A strong academic path in relevant discipline (such as psychology, neurology, mental health)
  • The ability to work independently and the final dates
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, responsible, flexible
  • Knowledge and experience in using the database and other relevant programs (such as statistical programs)
  • Book and oral communication skills are excellent

Desired criteria

  • The relevant field search experience (for example: electronic records of mental health are used, studies in patients with psychosis)
  • Experience/ analysis of related classification measures such as clips
  • The experience of working with patients with psychosis in research or clinical environments
  • Knowing treatments in psychiatry, especially in psychosis
