Who are you:

We are expanding quickly and looking for a young accountant to support our accounting accounts and nearby tasks at the end of the month. You will work with a team that appreciates excellence and initiative. We reward people who work hard, we are looking for enthusiastic people for accountability and financing and want to influence.

What you will work on:

• Administration of accounts due, bills and data, and all supportive documents as necessary;
• Electronic Accounting documents management, which include: bills, receipt documents, seller banking information, sellers credit applications and other allocated companies documents;
• Owning the approval of the bill through coordination with various departments to ensure approval of all bills properly;
• Personnel icon icons and reports to correct GL accounts in time and accurate;
• Management and maintenance of sellers records;
• Conclusion of the seller’s data with communication with sellers and/or internal departments regarding contradictions or issues;
• Prepare weekly payments, which include: checks, wires, EFT, ACH, SEPA and BACS;
• Make a semi -monthly credit cards, by working with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure the accuracy and documentation of all incurred fees;
• Administration of the expenses paid in advance;
• Determine opportunities to improve operations and competencies and provide recommendations on potential cost saving opportunities; and,
• Support members of the other financing team with the closure of the end of the month and other designated projects;
• Other duties as required.

What you may have:

• An exceptional attention in detail;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Favorite Finance;
• CPA is complete or undergoing progress;
• Previous AP experience is one of the assets, but it is not necessary;
• The position of the team player
• Medicine efficiency with Excel.
• A passion for your ability to provide accurate results.

The full salary range* for this floor ranges from $ 56,600 to $ 66,600 to $ 76,600. Observation salaries can vary based on the location and local currency. In addition, benefits may vary depending on the employee’s website.

*We aim to employ all candidates between the minimum and the mid -salary point. We keep the middle point to the maximum salary squad for internal employees who prove the continuous high performance and its effect on Clio. The final offer amount of this role depends on individual experience and candidate skills. Please note that there is a separate group of salary teams for other regions based on the local currency.
