OOOD & Water Watch is a non -profit national organic organization that mobilizes ordinary people to build a political force to move bold and non -backed solutions to the most food, water and climate problems of our time. FWW uses the popular organization, communication with the media, public education, research, policy analysis, and litigation to protect the health of people and their societies and democracy from the increasing destructive power of the strongest economic interests.

We all need safe food, clean water and a suitable climate for living.

Food & Water Watch is currently seeking the Spring Law Book of the Food and Water Justice Program, and the Food & Water Watch arm. Law clerks will participate in all aspects of the work of food and water, including law and policies research, litigation, and administrative advocacy. Legal trainees will support work on all Food & Water Watch priority issues, including factories cultivation, climate change, water pollution and open government.

Applicants should be self -motivated, directed towards detail, and adhere to the mission of social and environmental justice in food and water monitoring. Classes or clinical experience with the Administrative, Environmental and Energy Law and/or food is very preferred.

This position is far and unpaid with flexible hours during the 2026 academic spring.
