We are looking for a temporary talent consultant to join our allocated team. In this role, the employment will lead in a full course of management of a strong wallet that supports various business areas. You will benefit from the exceptional employment experience in a union environment to support employment managers in developing an employment strategy that supports talent, evaluation and selection sources initiatives.

In Worksafebc, we offer a hybrid business model that combines work remotely, and in our offices, based on the operational needs of the situation.
What will you do?
As a talent acquisition consultant, will:
- Source, negative research, network, pipeline building, attracting and choosing the best talents available while providing a great candidate experience
- Facilitating and leading the process of employing the full course of the company, and working with employment managers, individuals partners and cultural partners
- Apply your experience to ensure an effective, transparent, effective and fair employment process that works within the language of the agreement and the collective agreement
- Use consistent practices and fair operations that instill confidence and provide excellent service levels
- Work on a large size recruiter, including recruitment operations before publishing
- Loyalty to the administrative tasks associated with the recruitment of the full course
- A model constantly the appropriate level of the expected organizational behaviors of all Worksafebc: Response, respectable, fair, cooperative, responsibility, and thinking forward.

- Work independently with operations and systems to achieve successful results
- Make improvements to the process and use technology to innovate
Your experience and your educational background:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, marketing or relevant discipline
- At least three years of the experience of employing the full cycle within a large and complex organization
- Employment experience in a trade union environment is one of the strong assets
- Large wallet management experience, multiple strategic research operations and customer relationships
- Efficiency Work with tools and systems related to employment and people, including applicants tracking systems, databases appeal, Internet resource tools, and various reports tools.
- It is preferable to set CPHR (or work for completion)
- An equivalent mix of education and experience will be considered.
