Business development in Wintermute

We are looking for a business development partner that will help raise OTC’s business to completely new horizons. We are looking for a person who knows or cares heavily on the encryption market and is enthusiastic to make a significant effect on winter.

You will be responsible for obtaining the parties and new partners worldwide, as well as developing the current Wintermute business. You will be responsible for a set of opportunities (a specific market and/or product) and these opportunities will have from the end to the end. You will develop your strategic growth plan, with advice and guidance from local administration and UK teams. We have the best liquidity products on the market, we are working with many of the most prominent Blockchain projects, we have many strategic growth opportunities in the pipeline, and a long line of opposite parties that want to develop relationships with us. We do not have old operations, there are no bureaucratic operations for companies, and there are no multiple levels of approvals, however the highest professional standards.

What you will work on

As a leading commercial company in digital assets with one of the largest OTC offices and a wide range of products, your role will be diversified with a specific concentration that fits your skills and goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop OTC business in the market (both guide and RFQ) – this includes developing and implementing your growth plan that will have many angles for them: obtaining new passing parties, developing current relations, and cooperating with developers teams on the production of the solution and implementing trading
• Develop the provision of encryption liquidity – Deepening relationships with current encryption projects and acquiring new projects
• Develop new relationships with prominent encryption projects, Crypto VCS, institutional investors, miners, and other parties in the environmental encryption system; Note that we are connected to many of these parties or can be presented, so all this related to developing relationships systematically and bringing them to the next level
• Working with various multi -functional teams to push the brand awareness in the main markets you bear
• Develop current relationships with exchanges globally and present them to the next level
• Follow -up operations and major news in the environmental encryption system, and to determine the opportunities for cooperation and business development in a proactive manner

Difficult skills requirements:

• BSC/MSC in Business/Economy/Finance or any related degree
• The highest level of Master of Business Administration is a feature but not required
• Understanding Western minds and ways to do business
• Experience with the financial services industry/capital markets; The experience with the encryption markets and/or trading companies/hedge funds is an advantage
• Experience in business development or any role facing the customer (B2B sales, administrative consultations, investment banking services, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing – it is not about promoting, but being convincing, brief, accurate and a good listener; To be clear in the following steps and always follow promises
• Experience in providing work results – be ready to talk about numbers/course, etc.
• Experience in BD or a similar role in facing institutional encryption, traditional institutional financing, and Blockchain projects is a great advantage
• Preparing, preparing and curiously to understand the basics of Blockchain technologies and algorithm and providing liquidity is very important
