Re/Max Crest Realty seeks to obtain a dynamic marketing manager to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and push strategic growth. This role is ideal for creative marketing professional and directed towards results with a passion for real estate and community participation.

Main responsibilities

• Development and implementation of multi -channel marketing strategies to enhance the brand vision, the success of the support agent, and the generation of high -quality threads
• Conducting market research and analyzing competitors to inform the campaigns, targeting the public and location strategies
• Supervising the promotion of the list through all platforms: Ensure consistency and quality in photography, video, banners and digital presence
• Manage the company’s website, e -mail campaigns, and digital ads to increase participation and conversion to the maximum
• Planning and coordination of societal events, open homes, and promotional campaigns that support both the company’s goals and agent initiatives
• Production and maintain high -quality marketing guarantees, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content and social media assets
• Cooperation with the leadership and agent team to align marketing activities with the total work goals
• Communicate with sellers and creative partners to ensure timely and costly implementation for all marketing projects
• Tracking and analyzing marketing performance measures, generating monthly reports with practical visions
• The leading brand communications, including press releases, prizes, and communication with society

What you are attending

• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Writing, editing and creating exceptional content skills
• Experience with marketing analyzes, CRM platforms, and campaign reports
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast -paced environment directed towards the team
• After high school education in marketing, communications, or a related field
