AI/ML engineer will support the development of AI/ML algorithms in many specializations from the discovery/classification of objects, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and large language models.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and teacher of a multidisciplinary team consisting of developers and researchers to implement automated learning algorithms to solve a wide range of challenges for our various customers
• Applying large language models (LLMS) to a variety of applications within remote sensing such as task groups, identifying gaps in assembly plans, lifestyle analysis, and more.
• Fine Tune Models and New Application Transformers (Llama Factory, PEFT)
• Applying the RAG technologies (RAG) to data to fill in the bases of verse and inquiries (for example)
• Build dedicated applications with LLM frameworks such as Langchain, DSPY
• Spreading LLM solutions across the resources based on the group and localized use using Kubernetes (Llama.CP, VLLM etc.)
• Analysis of large multi -field data collections such as images and texts and/or graph data, to determine statistically relevant features to build models that provide analysts, implementable data
• Related reviews to understand and apply advanced concepts to defensive and commercial requests
• An interface with both internal and external driving to connect the technical status
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience, preferably in software development or as a data scientist with 2+ years of LLM applications using some of the following:
Crushing the founding models
• Guidance techniques (for example, sporadic car encryption, acting adjustment)
• Building transformers for the use of constituent models (such as PEFT, Llama Factory)
• Immediate engineering techniques / inference time techniques (for example a series of thought, tree of ideas, etc.)
• Using retrieval generation techniques to fill in vectors databases and inquiries (such as Weavia, PineCone)
• Use LLM frameworks (such as Langchain, DSPY)
• Use AI APIS (such as AWS BEDROCK, Openai)
• Use LLM Publishing frameworks (for example llama.cPP, VLLM, TGI)
• Development of the user interface with reaction
• The experience of leading a multidisciplinary team from researchers and programmers and working with a program manager to determine the project scope and the schedule to ensure the meeting of the project as specified by our customers
• Experience with biology and data science / automatic learning libraries (such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, OpenCV, Numby, Pandas, Polars, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
• The active US government security permit TS/Sci
Favorite qualifications:
• Multiple sclerosis or doctorate in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• The experience of leading a multidisciplinary team from researchers and software developers
• Experience with any of the following computer vision areas:
• Language models and experience in determining ways to merge them in new fields and applications
• Apply transformer -based structure in other areas outside the treatment of natural language (NLP) such as a computer vision
• Object discovery algorithms such as Yolo and Faster-RCNN
• Natural language processing algorithms such as Bert
• Obstetric aggressive networks and diverse timing tools
• Learning to reinforce and familiarity with the gym, RLIB, and stable foundation lines
• Applying assembly algorithms and/or deep nerve networks to real life problems
• Implementing tracking and lifestyle algorithms
• Experience with machine learning libraries and business frameworks such as Hugingface and Langchain
• Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, Nerfstudio, Fiftyone, etc.
• Experience with Linux
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing Resources such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Experience with any of the following additional languages: Java, C ++, RUST, Go, and/or C#
• Experience the implementation of algorithms on the Python or C ++ graphics process
• Experience in implementing tracking and lifestyle algorithms
• Experience in publishing applications, virtual simulation, and containers (such as Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
• Experience work with various remote sensing data sets (such as EO/OPIR/SAR, negative, etc.)
• Experience the formation and writing of proposals
Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
