Role
The Director of Financial Reports and Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial reports and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. This role includes the management of financial reports and the development of a strong framework for internal monitoring of operations related to financial reports. The role will include cooperation with multi -functional teams, and contribute to preparing SEC reporting requirements, including 10K and 10Q, external financial data, disclosure, internal control framework for SOX and other critical reports of external interest. The role will also supervise all aspects of technical accounting under USGAAP.
The main responsibility
- Identify the strategic vision and guidance to build a global financial reports function
- Develop a road map to meet all SEC reporting requirements, including the accelerating reporting schedule and work with internal audit leaders on the SOX certificate
- Cooperation with the financial reports team to prepare and submit accurate financial data and time
- Partner and cooperation with the main stakeholders through research and the application of GAP
- Ensuring the appropriate documentation for accounting and reporting the conclusions of complex commercial transactions
- Partner with business support, financing, and tax teams on new products and initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders through jobs to design and implement effective operations and controls in these areas, and lead financing initiatives to assess the effectiveness of these controls on a continuous basis
- Improve the use of accounting tools and systems to benefit from automation and create competencies in the financial reports process
- Working cooperative through the accounting leadership team on continuous improvement in the controls and accounting operations
- Managing relationships with external auditors, coordinating audit operations, ensuring a smooth and effective audit course
- Enhancing a high -performance culture by cultivating and stimulating direct reports through training and guidance and providing regular and significant notes
Who are you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Appointment of an accredited public accountant or what is equivalent
- 8 years of experience
