Upon reports to the campus knowledge manager, you will be a member of the final computing team where you will play a major role in providing high -quality information technology support services.

It will help support management by adhering to the ITIL accident and the problem, changing management operations and being an ambassador for best practices and building relationships through this diverse user base. Strong experience in managing an IT account, exploring and repairing errors and analyzing and diagnosing technical programs and devices is necessary.
