Job title

The qualified candidates will join the multidisciplinary assessment teams to lead or contribute to the project, the program and objective assessments in humanitarian contexts and development.
The required objective experience / areas of interest for decentralized evaluation
Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following subjective areas related to evaluation work:
- Response of crises and humanitarian assistance
- Food security and nutrition
- School programs
- Support the agricultural market with small holders
- Build flexibility and climate adaptation
- Social protection
- Supply and logistical services chain
- Common services include flying, shipping and fleet management
- Strengthening enhancement
- Gender equality and women’s empowerment; Inclusion
- Attribution in front of the affected population (AAP) and protection
- NEXUS Humanity – Development – Peace
- Human principles and conflict sensitivity
- Institutional analysis and workforce management
- Risk management and mitigation
- Humanitarian calling and diplomacy
- Evaluation of emergency needs
- Transition/exit from emergency situations
Open positions and minimal qualifications
1. Leaders of the evaluation team
- More than 12 years of comprehensive evaluation experience, a pioneer in the complex project, the program, and objectivity assessments, ideally from the United Nations, the World Food Program, International NGOs, or other multilateral/bilateral organizations
- The leadership of multiple or multidisciplinary teams has shown
- The ability to design and supervise complex reviews from start to reports
- Efficiency in English in addition to French or Spanish (according to the region)
2. Senior residents
- More than 12 years of experience in evaluation with a busy record in conducting the project and the program and subjective assessments in humanitarian and/or development contexts, working perfectly with the United Nations or the software of international NGOs or other multilateral/bilateral organizations
- Emmatic experience in a variety of fields (see list below)
- Efficiency in English in addition to French or Spanish (according to the region)
3. The average evaluations
- 6-11 years of experience in evaluation
- Experience in humanitarian environments and/or development that contributes to the project, the program and the objective assessments of the United Nations, electrical current, international NGOs, or other multilateral/bilateral organizations
- Efficiency in English in addition to French or Spanish (according to the region)
- 3-5 years of experience in the evaluation contributing to the project, program and objective assessments of the United Nations or other multilateral organizations
- Strong research, analytical skills and attention to developing the evaluation profession
- Efficiency in English in addition to French or Spanish (according to the region)
