Responsibilities:

What will you do?

In this very strategic role, you will have the main communication and cooperation products life cycle to provide innovative business solutions generated by revenue.

Development and management of business products offers from the customer’s point of view, with a focus on adopting managed services (for example, IT support, cloud infrastructure), security (for example, network safety, threat detection), cooperation (for example, unified communications, remote work tools), and delivery solutions.
Cultivation of partnerships with technology sellers and service providers to expand and enhance the business service portfolio.
Supporting the product in designing, developing and issuing new services and features through a spectrum of business services.
Work as an Evangelist product – conduct training courses and workshops to educate internal teams and external partners on the capabilities of the product and value.
Developing and providing the definitions of products, white papers and commercial cases to the difference and multi -functional leadership to ensure the alignment and achieve the main performance indicators.
Form and evaluation of service offers using financial models (NPV, margin, operating costs) to direct investment and pricing decisions.
Cooperation through departments, including marketing, engineering, operations, support and sales, to implement strategic initiatives.
Take advantage of technology trends and customer visions to inform the innovation of products in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud cooperation, and managed information technology services.

At least five years of experience in developing product/management in business services, including managed services, security, cooperation or communication.

An innovative thinker, directed towards detail, and the problem of problems is proactively determined by areas of improvement.
Exceptional organizational and personal skills, with the ability to lead multi -functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

The ability to build and defend financial analyzes to support product decisions and pay data -based strategies.
Efficiency in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CO-Pilot.
