Job information
The coordinator (coordinator) is located in Yellowknife and reports to the manager, waste and management reduction. The main responsibility of the coordinator is to manage recycles in the northwest land government (GNWT). The coordinator is responsible for the operational side of the waste reduction department and its management to provide effective, effective, transparent, accountable and sustainable programs and reduce re -use and recycling programs for the northwestern land population (NWT). The coordinator is also responsible for guaranteeing compliance with the law to reduce and recovery (WRRA) and regulations under the WRRA, the conditions and conditions of licenses by monitoring and conducting the examination, warehouse reviews and processing centers.
By working as a team, the coordinator is also responsible for implementing new recycling programs, initiatives and initiatives.
The coordinator is the representative of the department program during the frequent trips of all NWT societies. The job operator must prove excellent skills in dealing with others and making field decisions to present programs effectively and be able to manage and work with ordinary contractors and employees to complete the job.
The employee was appointed as an employee under the law to reduce and recover waste and provide advice and assistance to regional and field employees in ECC throughout NWT. ECC headquarters employees help environmental management issues in that they relate to waste prevention, reduce, reuse, recycle, and recovery.
Main responsibilities
- It runs the operations of the BACP program to ensure the work of the program effectively and efficiently, and in a way that is consistent with the law of waste reduction and recovery, and regulations under the law and that it meets the goals of the waste reduction department and its management.
- Screen, inspection, warehouse review and processing centers to ensure compliance with the conditions and conditions of licenses, drinks container regulations and the law to reduce and recover waste.
- It implements new programs and initiatives to prevent waste and initiatives under the law to reduce waste and recovery.
- It maintains qualifications in the professional, technical and administrative fields through the presence and/or completing seminars, meetings, official courses and other exercises as dedicated.
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, accounting, financing, marketing, environmental sciences, or a related degree, with no less than two years (2) experience in delivering and operating programs, preferably in waste prevention, reducing, reusing, and recycling in the northern environment.
- The equations can include:
- Master’s degree in business management, economics, accounting, financing, marketing, environmental sciences, or relevant degree, with at least one year (1) experience in delivering and operating programs, preferably in the field of waste prevention, reducing, reusing and recycling in a northern environment.
- A diploma in business administration, economy, accounting, financing, marketing, environmental sciences, or relevant diploma, with no less than four (4) years in delivery of programs and their operation, preferably in the field of waste prevention, limit, reuse, and recycling in a northern environment.
- The relevant grades/diplomas can include but not limited to environmental studies and supply chain logs.
