Reports Coordinator for Production to Vice President and Golf Operations.

As a production coordinator, you are an integral part of the operating team. You are responsible for supporting production coordination needs for the broadcasting of remote events. In addition, as needed, it is expected to interact with colleagues working in the studio to help facilitate all aspects of juvenile logistics.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting production and operations employees during each stage of production in both distance and studio.
• Exhibition supervision of daily employment employees to produce/timing card.
• The ability to move in internal databases, documents related to broadcasting tables, staff and employees.
• Helping to reconcile the budget of the distant event in partnership with the production manager on the site
• Responsible for all aspects of logistical services for talent, production and crew (air, hotel, land transport)
• Working with internal partners and sellers with regard to post -logistics and studio: crew, scheduling, human resources, building official (seats), information technology, food provision, cleaning schedules, etc. (as necessary).
• You must be financially responsible for managing purchase cards and specific sporting events.
• Coordination with internal partners and various broadcasting partners, with regard to exhibition deliveries and logistical services.
• Providing support with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Basic requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field; Or equivalent work experience

Required properties
• The basic knowledge of sports production
• At least two years (2) experience in television/films production works, preferably in a network or production facility
• The ability to adhere to the narrow final dates, communicate clearly and be able to deal with multiple tasks in the high pressure environment
• Knowing the work of Excel and Smartsheets
Excellent communication, organizational and organizational skills.
• Attention besides the operations for sports broadcasting
• The cooperative and directed towards the team
