Opportunity
The University of Arts in London (UA) is seeking to appoint a major project director to lead the delivery of the long -term maintenance program.
Now is an exciting time to join Ual to take on this role. A 10 -year real estate strategy has been developed that will witness the delivery of the new universities of the London Fashion College (which was completed in 2024) and the College of Communications in London (which will be completed in 2027) in addition to a period of real estate transformation through our current portfolio that guarantees that the Ual drug is suitable for the purpose, sustainable and provides their facilities at a global level for our students, employees and employees.
After the appointment of new participants managers in the fields of real estate development and facilities management in 2024, we are now proceeding to invest in the team that will witness the appointment in C.25 new roles in these areas.
The Ual capital program until 2030 represents more than 100 million pounds of planned investment, as it offers a series of major projects that are in line with the size and shape strategy at the university, net zero obligations, and long -term operational sustainability.
This includes a pipeline for real estate transformation and academic growth models throughout the colleges, along with the target 1 and 2 carbon removal program. In parallel, UAL will continue to present an annual maintenance program in the long term from 9 million pounds to maintain the condition, compliance and flexibility of the property.
To submit reports to the Assistant Director of Real Estate Development, the main project manager leads strategic planning, and providing high -value maintenance programs throughout the university. The postal holder will provide experience at the higher level of project management and programs, ensuring that long -term strategic maintenance activities are in line with the real estate strategy, the planning for asset and compliance.
This role provides a great functional opportunity to lead the delivery of a real estate investment program with millions of pounds for a university institution and an organization of art with international fame with an unusual real estate portfolio.
About you
We are looking for an individual with a busy record in managing projects that run long -term maintenance programs through a diverse and complex real estate portfolio.
You will have excellent skills between people and communication, as well as strong technical knowledge related to strategic maintenance planning and project submission and contracts.
We are looking for individuals who will attend a high level of positivity and energy for the team, with Hamas for the influence of Ual and the role that the property can play in enabling it.
