1. Overview of the role
MERCOR cooperates with AI Raed Laboratory, making projects in the consumer commodity sector. We are looking for experienced customer support specialists who have strong knowledge of the functioning of consumer goods, the solution of the product problem, and customer communications. Experts will contribute to their industrial vision to help design, test and refine artificial intelligence systems that design consumer support scenarios in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to apply your experience to advance artificial intelligence applications from the next generation.
2. Main responsibilities
- Providing advice on the progress of customer support for consumer goods, from product inquiries to return and alternatives
- Review and improve comprehensive operations to deal with request problems, product quality fears, and warranty claims
- Providing experience in the escalation management, compliance considerations and customer communication standards
- Provide instructions to improve the use of customer support tools (for example, salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, CRM Platforms)
- Supporting the development of knowledge rules, training materials and script -based documents
3. Ideal qualifications
- 5+ years of customer support experience in the consumer commodity industry, perfectly with some administrative experience
- A strong understanding of the scenarios of supporting consumer supporters, including revenues, recovered amounts, warranty demands, and product inquiries
- Introduction to CRM systems, request management systems, and related customer support platforms
- The ability to analyze the progress of support and recommendation for the improvement of the process has proven
- Strong communication skills and problem solving, with experience in managing complex or escalating cases
4. More the opportunity
- A flexible scheduling from a distance and non -synchronous
- Expected obligation: ~ 20-40 hours/week
- Project connections with the possibility of continuous contracts
5. Compensations and conditions of the contract
- $ 100-120 per hour, depending on experience and geography
- Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect
- Independent contractor classification
