About the lamp glasses

We are a single -products e -products mark based on direct response principles, helping American drivers to see safely at night. Since its launch on October 31, 2022, we have created more than $ 3.4 million of profitable revenues – almost completely from Meta ads – using only a basic intentional page.

We are not an uninstallized startup. We are a profitable brand, scaling with a huge area for CRO treatment. With an intended page at the level of the hostage tape, the ceiling is much higher.

Your mission

We have created 3.4 million dollars with a basic Shopify page.

Now, the task is simple:

Get the lamp glasses to ** $ 1 million before tax profit this season (October 1, 2025-28 February, 2026). **

If we get to this goal, you will not only get profit sharing – you will get a prominent reward ** with a value of $ 25,000 ** at the top. A million dollar sign is not just a number, it is our shared mission in this grinding season.

You will have a post -click experience: rebuilding the intended page, building advertising pages, test offers, and AOV increase.
– I (the founder) will have a prior click experience: creative corners and disease.
– Together, we pay up to $ 1 million before the profit tax is real.

Work and seasonal burden

The lamp glasses are a seasonal brand. We run heavily in the winter, then transfer in the summer.

October 1- December 21: Full time, ~ 48 hours per week (6 days, from Monday to Sat).
– December 22- February 28: Full-time, about 40 hours per week (5 days, from Monday to Fara).
– March 1- September 30: Part-time, ~ 16 hours a week (about two days).

Additional details:
It includes a paid lunch break in full days.
– We appreciate the results for hours- if you can reach the goals in 5-6 hours, focus on the super/day, there is nothing wrong with that.
– Paid holidays (5): Christmas, New Year, anniversary day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
There is no paid satisfactory leave or PTO (a part -time summer season provides flexibility).
Excellence: This role is ** exclusively for lamp glasses. If you want to reconcile clients or side projects, this is not the right role. If you want to go to one product and one task, you will flourish here.

The profit session structure (10 % was directed)

The baseline before the tax profit = $ 254,000 (the last average fluctuations from October to Volanada).

– 3 % higher than the foundation line → up to $ 500,000
– 5 % when earning 500 thousand dollars
– 7 % when earning 750 thousand dollars
– 10 % at $ 1 million, winning 10 % after that

Common goal: $ 1 million in net profit

He hit $ 1 million before the profit tax, and earns:
Profit 74,600 dollars

Create ** CRO/AOV ideas from scratch ** using heat maps, scrolling maps, GA4, pixels and AI.
-Building and design ** allocated declining pages ** (for example, “25 steps are anti -compassion step versus 3 -step headlights”).
Run A/B and multi-variable tests (Shopify Native or 3RD-Party).
Upsells, packages, and pricing improvement with self -independence.
– Daily performance report while going out, then once at once in the rhythm.

What we are looking for

– Its headquarters in the United States, you are driving regularly at night (you understand the pain of customers and nuances on American roads).
CRO success from the brand side (Shopify or one product stores).
Knowledge of the direct response marketing.
– Shopify Landing Page Build + Design skills.
– Mastering analyzes: GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, Pixel Data, Heat Maps.
– Experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools to accelerate CRO.
– The hungry, the independent port that flourishes on clear standards.
Believe in the task (faith alignment is plus).
Exclusive focus – will not work on other customers or projects during employment.
