Fleetio is looking for an engineering manager to focus on partnerships and DEV experiences in our web app. In this role, you will be one of our ecological system leaders. This team is one of the main teams within the Fleetio Web Plastic set.

It will affect the following areas: engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality and performance, and guidance. You will closely cooperate with their colleagues from engineering leaders, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to determine the requirements, determine the priorities of features, and provide high -quality versions. You will develop our engineering talents and develop their career in Fleetio!

Defending and guiding the team in the engineering of best practices and patterns of development

Your experience
2+ years of experience in leading engineering teams as engineering director or technical pioneer
Experience installed in the construction of applications and Ruby-on-RAILS
Previous experience Building Solutions in Engineering A capacity (as an engineer or as a technical leader)
Previous experience in engaging and building relationships with external sellers or business partners as necessary in the engineering capacity
A busy record of senior engineers to provide road map initiatives and achieve results
A strong passion and a record for attracting, developing and preserving engineers
Extraordinary and verbal communication skills
