Jobal Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced VFX supervisor to lead our visual influence team in creating amazing and innovative visual content for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical vision, technical experience and the ability to manage the team effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire VFX process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all visual effects meet the highest quality standards and comply with the creative vision of the project.

Main responsibilities:

Creative leadership:

• Cooperation with managers, producers and other main stakeholders to understand the creative vision and requirements for each project.
• The development and connection of a clear VFX strategy is in line with the comprehensive project goals.

Team Management:

• Leadership and teacher of a team of VFX artists, providing guidance and support during the production process.
• Promote a cooperative and creative environment that encourages innovation and technical growth.

Project Supervision:

• Supervising the entire VFX pipeline, from pre -production to post -production, while ensuring that all visual effects are delivered on time and within the budget limits.
• Review and approval of VFX shots, and provide constructive notes for artists to ensure quality and consistency.

Technical experience:

• Keep aware of the latest VFX technology, tools, and implement best practices within the team.
• Explining and repairing mistakes and providing solutions to ensure the functioning of smooth production.

quality control:

• Ensure that all VFX works meet the highest quality standards and adhere to the technical direction of the project.
• Make regular reviews of VFX shots and make detailed notes for reviews.

cooperation:

• Work closely with other departments, including animation, training, and editing, to ensure a smooth integration of VFX in the final product.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone to see the progress of the project and any possible challenges.

Budget Management:

• Help in preparing budgets for VFX and resource management effectively to stay within budget restrictions.
• Determine the chances of saving costs without prejudice to quality.
