About this role:

Ridge students are looking for a major member of the team as part of a growing ministry! We pray for a person who is ready to follow the girls MS & Hs with passion and challenge them to become the women of the Gods that he created. This position helps lead a wonderful team of volunteer leaders, partners with parents and students, a parent student. Come and join our student students team and we are chasing God’s will for students @ Austin Ridge!

Qualifications:

Be a growing student with consistent devotional life (mature and spiritual healthy)

Experience and enthusiasm for making students and service for students and their families

Be a university graduate (favorite)

Be a leader and self -motivation

Be a missionary and able to teach the word of God

Strategic thinker, with strong communication skills

Be suitable for our team (external and fun for the fun, working hard)

The ability to work in a team towards specific goals in a mutual and support

The ability to work on multiple tasks, to be flexible, and work with a little supervision

Capable of leading a team and throwing vision

I know the current trends related to the Ministry of next generation

Adherence to the Ministry’s philosophy and the statement of the ARBC and its approval

Responsibilities:

Spending a spoken time with girls to help them get to know Jesus, growth in it, and serve him.

Galvin and enable girls in the ministry to influence their schools and societies

Follow up with new girls and new families

Working with volunteer leaders to help them dress up in the ministry

Build relationships with mothers to help enhance spiritual growth in their daughters.

Participate in the duties of employees as determined by the Ministry of Student sponsor
