First correction: Globalized partners

Last week, I wrote about the late notification from Apollo Management Group and Randstad ((Zen) On August 6, 2025, to end the contract and the employees who support Monster UK and France.

I still stand 100 % on my question: Should companies weigh Randstad for their Monster employees before renewing or purchasing services from the Global Employment Company?

I think the answer is yes, unambiguous.

The final numbers of bankruptcy: Who gets salaries?

The biggest question – among many others – is Who gets salaries. This week, we got more insight from the updated liquidation plan presented in the Dilayer Banking Court.

In companies ’bankruptcy, companies and individuals are divided into the company’s failure into chapters. Then these chapters are given priority in terms of distribution of the box after the completion of the sale or filter.

On September 2, Apollo Management Group and Randstad ((Zen) A modified combined plan to end the liquidation and pay the remaining obligations.

Based on 68.7 million dollars received in the sale, the suspended assets section should look like this:

  • Category 1-2: $ 800,000 guaranteed tax payments, etc.

  • Category 3: Apollo and Carerbuilder – Loan balance: 135.4 million dollars → Size payment: 12.1 million dollars (8.9 % of the total due)

    • Wonderful questions:

      • If Carerbuilder was 135.4 million dollars in a loan guaranteed in 2023Where did this money go?

      • Why was the non -liquid work in recent months, to the extent that Randstad “kicked” for $ 20 million to keep the cash flow positively in the weeks before the bankruptcy?

  • Category 4: Randstad’s guaranteed note (Dion designer to create royal rights in the joint project) – Note value: 227.5 million dollars → Randstad received 21.5 million dollars

  • Category 5: Every other person from Apollo and Randstad – They were directed to – 30.8 million dollars due → The ability to receive 0 – 3 million dollars, over more than 9.7 % of what is due

Randstad payments guaranteed

At my estimates, the Randstad Securd Note interest rate was about 10 %. We can see that Randstad still takes these observation payments until the bankruptcy is presented.

Starting April 18, 2025, Randstad received more than $ 5.1 million in Zen’s guaranteed notes payments.

  • Between April 18, 2025 and June 6, 2025 (18 days before submitting bankruptcy), Randstad NV (Netherlands) received 5 total payments 2,922,440.10 dollars.

  • Between May 9, 2025 and June 11, 2025 (just 13 days before bankruptcy), Randstad Pty Ltd (Australia) received additional (Australia) 2,212,805.68 dollars.

Great Total: 5,135,245.78 dollars

Let’s not forget – Mountter executives took $ 5 million in early distribution incentives.

What about anyone else?

  • I caught my attention to some other pre -transactions and I think it is worth participating with you.
    • Financial Director Bonus: 229,086.07 dollars (Pay 02/28/2025)
    • BIOGEN (The Biopharma): 712,013.91 dollars (paid between 4/4/2025-5/25/25)
    • Carvana: 23,575.63 dollars (payment 3/28/2025)
  • Un guaranteed creditors: No more than $ 0.097 on the dollar
  • European employees: nothing

The winners are: Randstad and Apollo

This joint project is designed between Apollo and Randstad to do exactly what he has.
