Role
We seek to obtain a manager of strategic human resources operations to transform our talent acquisition function and support our ambitious employment goals. The cornerstone of our recruitment processes will be, ensuring exceptional software engineers with the presentation of world -class candidates. This is not only about carrying out tasks – we need a person who raises the entire human resources process and helps us to expand our team quickly in the coming months.
What will you do?
- Designing, implementing and improving recruitment operations from one to the tip
- The management of our applicants tracking system (practical) and ensuring rapid candidate progress
- Dealing with jobs, tracking applicants, interviewing, evaluation management, and candidate communication
- It is a major contact point for all candidates, ensuring an exceptional service throughout their trip
- It is a major communication with talent sellers, employment companies and other talent sources
- A source of first -class engineers through LinkedIn, technical forums, social platforms and private groups
- Private proactive process improvements and automation opportunities using artificial intelligence tools
- I suggested innovative solutions to challenge employment needs and handle bottlenecks
- Work closely with driving to understand the priorities of employment and team dynamics
About you
You must have:
- Experience installed in human resources operations or talent acquisition, preferably in fast -growing software
- Good efficiency with human resource platforms (highly preferred, or similar ATS systems)
- Advanced resource skills using LinkedIn, social platforms, forums and private technical societies
- Extraordinary English communication skills with the executive presence
- A very organized, accurate, accurate action pattern directed towards details
- Efficiency with artificial intelligence tools to employ improvement and automation of the process
- Solve the trick problems that can work independently with the minimum directions
- Creative and proactive mentality – we need a person who raises our human resources quality, not only to carry out tasks
- Comfort with the executive presence
- Comfort with a startup, mystery, and rapid change
