Trinity is a church in Morton, Illinois, a vibrant and spiritually growing group. The statement of our vision, “a people from the existence of God, clearly shows the kingdom of God”, embodies our culture and our service. We are looking for a children’s manager to lead and support our children’s growing Ministry. This role includes overseeing custody programs until the sixth grade.

The ideal candidate will have an increasing relationship with Jesus Christ, and he is enabled by the Holy Spirit, and has a deep love for children and families, and has strong administrative and personal skills. It will work closely with the sponsor of the family ministries to develop the vision, implement the curricula, coordinate volunteers and events.

Main responsibilities

Leadership of the Ministry of Children

Schedule and support the volunteers

Organizing events and semester materials

Request for curricula and supplies

Communicate with parents, employees, and church leadership

Supervising the decor of classroom and seasonal topics

It is a pastoral contact for families and volunteers

Implementing the vision of the Church of Trinity

The Ministry of Children is represented in the church

Qualifications

A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

The ability to hear and follow the Holy Spirit

A passion for children and families

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent personal communication and communication skills
