Role
We are looking for a head of services and sales to join our team for an 8 -month contract, with a high possibility to extend to a permanent position with the expansion of its scope.
Your basic responsibility will be to increase business development and expand our customer portfolio. You will be a destination for the potential new partners, and take advantage of your experience to determine cooperation and communicate with it and win it with innovative B2B technology companies. This first floor requires a strategic hunter that can build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
Basic responsibilities
Developing new business: leading the entire sales process, from strategic excavation and generating leadership to formulating convincing proposals and closing new works.
Strategic stadiums: The architect and the presentation of convincing presentations that clearly show the presentation of the value of camping and the creative vision for new customers.
Customer acquisition: serve as a major contact point for new business, and to build a relationship and mobility in negotiations to secure new contracts.
Market and Industry visions: Continuous search for the B2B Tech Market Trends and Determine the perfect customer profiles and expansion opportunities.
Growth strategy: Cooperation with the Leadership Team to improve our sales strategy and customer acquisition framework.
Partnership Management: Defining and strengthening relations with potential strategic partners, independent, and other agencies to generate new business.
What we are looking for
The required experience and skills
The experience of more than 5 years has proven to be a sales, business development or a role -focused role, as part of a creative agency preparation.
The ability to build and manage the sales pipeline and constantly close new business.
A strong background in strategic promotion and clarification of a clear value proposal for stakeholders in C-SUITE and marketing.
Understanding a video production cycle and its strategic application in marketing.
Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills are able to build a relationship and trust with new horizons.
Efficiency in the English language, whether written or spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not have an excellent English level, because it is a basic requirement and we will test it.
It will be the perfect suitability as well
Experience in working with B2B Saas expansion or other B2B technology companies.
A strategic mentality that has the translation of work needs into creative solutions.
Comfortable in a fast -paced start -up environment.

This situation is located in Barcelona, Spain. We will not take candidates unable to live in Barcelona. You must have the right to work in Spain.
Business model
We do a 4 -day working week experience with Fridays. On Friday, getting rid of Friday is a reward, and it is conditional on the work of the work that is effectively managed and our obligations that are preparing it properly.

Flexible working hours are given, because we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.
