Role

We are looking for exceptional Founders To work directly with our CEO, Janina Möllmann, with the primary focus on the market to go to the market and growth initiatives. It will be the strategic right for our CEO, as it owns growth jobs while speeding up our marketing efforts and society. This position is ideal for the ambitious professional who flourishes in startup environments and wants to take the ownership of strategic initiatives.

Main responsibilities

Implementation and implementation strategy

• Developing and implementing the markets of going to the market with our CEO
• Hubspot Marketing Hub and our website (Hubspot and/or Webflow experience is plus)

Society building and events management

• Building and sponsoring a prosperous community of legal professionals
• Developing content strategies that put Gaya as a leader who thinks about legal innovation
• Planning and implementing industry events, web seminars, and conference participation

Growth and analyzes

• Create and monitor major growth measures and major performance indicators
• Cooperation with the product teams to implement the features that focus on growth

What we are looking for

Experience and background

• 1-3 years of experience in a consulting company, investor, or in a high-growth B2B Saas, GTM Experience is a strong addition
• Technology Intelligence: You know how to use the latest tools and yearn to implement artificial intelligence whenever possible
• English C1, German skills are plus
• Experience with legal technology or professional services is a strong addition

Basic competencies

• Strategic thinking with exceptional implementation capabilities
• Communication skills and distinguished project management
• Analytical mentality with the ability to translate data into visions
• Bias to start and drive projects independently
• A great feeling of ownership and accountability for the results
