Position: Director of the Planning Project (Seattle or Denver)

Community Attribute Inc. (CAI) is a consulting company for planning and economy that helps customers make informed decisions and evaluate the results that use the population composition and economic and financial data, Geographical information systems (GIS), other evidence -based methods. We apply our experience through multiple disciplines, with a special focus on the regional economy; Land use Community and Economic Development Economy; Investigative studies, market research and evaluation; Data analysis and business intelligence; Information design. CAI seeks to develop our team with a strong project manager who can deal with customers and support the CAI team internally with the experience of the topic and lead the project in a variety of projects in Urban planning And technology. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about the economy, planning and meeting the following standards below. A successful candidate will bring experience and a successful record of tracking in the project, and he is able to deal with the customer’s horizons throughout the region.

Position: Customer planning and project manager

• Master’s degree in urban planning, geography, economics, or related fields.
• Certificate or training in real estate development or economics.
• Consulting experience in planning land use, economic development, financial analysis, urban planning, or real estate (8+ years of experience preferred), with at least three years of those years in project management.

The technical skills and expertise required:

• Strong skills in all the following or most:
• Economic and financial analysis and a dressing model
• Obtaining social and economic data for data
• Quantitative
• Real estate planning and economy policy
• Microsoft Office Suite, including the Great Efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent writing, display, and verbal communication skills.
• Introduction and experience with local, regional and national data sources in the population composition, economy and planning.
• Experience in the regional economy, business economics, land use, transportation and related concerns (can specialize between these areas). Experience in data and its sources that serve these fields.

Experience using one or more of the following plus:

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Tableau, PowerBi or comparable
• Advanced statistical packages, such as r
• Adobe Creative Suite
