We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated member to work with us as a scale/trainer within the construction department. Its headquarters will be on the Infernes campus. Inverness UHI partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands; We are one of the largest vocational training providers in Scotland.

Job purpose:

We are looking for an appropriate skilled person to work with employers, support registration, progress and investigation of contemporary trainees and other work -based learners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a group of contemporary trainees and other work -based learners, and providing training, evaluation and review activities to support the appropriate time for high -quality vocational training frameworks and work qualifications. In addition, The role will determine the chances of developing new and current income flows, through technical contact with employers and the participation of the broader industry.

Main Accounting:

  • Working with business and employers advisers, to develop appropriate learning plans and interventions to meet specific skills requirements.
  • Be responsible for a group of contemporary trainees and other work -based learners that were allocated by the line manager in consultation with business solutions.
  • Evaluation or work guide
  • Guidance and support
  • Quality and standards
  • Professional practice and development

Basic standards:

  • Professional qualification related to carpentry and carpentry in SCQF level 6 or higher.
  • You have the relevant and current industrial experience as well as know the requirements of the SQA work for MA.
  • You have confidence and experience working with IT and Technology packages for example Microsoft, and online emails online.
  • It has current and relevant evidence from the Qatari program document.
  • Resident in the workplace or verification qualifications as specified by SQA (currently L & D9D or L & D9D1) or ready to work.
  • The ability to travel in a timely manner between the customer and the sites related to the work using the company’s vehicle.
  • H & s qualified or ready to work for it.

You should also be flexible, reflective, innovative, creative and personal committed to continuous professional and professional development.

You must have effective skills in dealing with others and have good information technology skills in applications such as MS Office and other relevant relevant software packages.

Please note: A successful mail holder will need to pass a PVG pathogen by detecting Scotland before starting work.
