The Liberty Church was established in 1964, a history rich in serving local communities through multiple universities throughout the Gulf Coast Zone … in addition to a university campus recently launched in New York. We aim to create a place for the property, and reach those who need good news about Jesus and prepare the believers to be the followers of Jesus who affect their world. As we continue to expand and prepare for the launch of new universities, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Participant Opinion Director To join our team. This developmental role is designed to prepare the individual for future leadership, with a focus on helping to build the Ministry of Worship that corresponds to our vision to expand the campus while caring for a prosperous and common worship environment.

Power -over view:
the Participant Opinion Director The Central Worship Director and other worship managers will support through the leadership of worship through the campus of the Liberty Church, help in developing the campus teams, and gaining practical experience in all areas of the Ministry of Worship in preparation for the responsibilities of future campus launching. This individual will help lead worship efficiently either from the piano or guitar, and help in building volunteering teams, and supporting technical production of worship services, all during his training in all aspects of worship and production for the future leadership of these teams in the context of the new mosque’s campus.

Main responsibilities:

1. Worship leadership

• Leadership and assistance in the pioneer in worship for weekend services, special occasions, gatherings, and ensuring that the experience of worship is a spiritual enrichment and high quality.
• The pioneer in the piano or guitar, and working with the director of worship to choose songs and create coherent worship collections that are in line with the message of the Freedom Church.
• Contribute to the group’s spiritual growth and development by leading excellent worship.

• Helping to recruit members of the worship and training team, develop members of the worship team (singers, players, and other volunteers), and prepare them for service in a new environment on the campus.
• The atmosphere of a positive, encouraging and spiritual team strengthens, ensuring that volunteers feel the value and preparation of their roles.
• Cooperation with the manager of worship in scheduling the teams, preparing the worship teams, and ensuring their spiritual and musical preparation for services.

• Earn experience in worship production, including tracks, sound, lighting, songs, live broadcasting, and working closely with the technical team to ensure the operation of worship services smoothly and professionally.
• It helps in technical support for worship services, ensuring sound quality, visuals and other production elements with the Church’s vision.
• Supervising the maintenance and operation of the equipment related to worship, and ensuring everything that works properly for services and events.

• It plays an active role in planning and implementing worship services, and learning the driving skills necessary to lead worship in the vicinity of a new university campus.
• Cooperation with the Central Work Manager and other worship managers to adapt worship experiments for the specific needs of the launch of the campus.
• Supporting the growth and preparation of worship and production teams, volunteers, and technical aspects in preparation for the launch of a new university campus.

• Work closely with the Central Work Manager and other worship managers to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement in the Ministry of Worship.
• Participate in the team’s meetings, creative planning sessions, the development of the ministry, the provision of inputs and the acquisition of driving experience at the church level.
• Be a proactive and proactive learner, and absorb the principles and practices of leadership in the context of church cultivation and the launch of the campus.

• Helping in managing time tables, rehearsal of worship, and other logistical elements in the Ministry of Worship.
• Help coordinate the preparation and distribution of worship materials (song charts, rehearsal notes, etc.) for the team.
• Maintaining effective communication with volunteers and employees to ensure that all the needs of worship meets.

• An experiment installed in the leading worship of piano or guitar in the context of contemporary worship.
• Experience with or ready to learn how to build and lead volunteering teams within the Ministry of Worship.
• Knowledge of the production of worship, including tracks, sound, lighting and direct broadcasting, and the desire to develop experience in these areas.
• Strong leadership, communication and personal skills, with a heart to develop and care for teams.
• The passion of worship, spiritual growth and creating an atmosphere where people can experience God through music, songs and technology.
• The ability to work cooperatively in a fast -paced environment.
• Overcoming learning and growth in the context of church cultivation and university campus development.

Favorite qualifications:

• Experience in the Ministry of Worship, especially in the church that focuses on growth or expansion on the campus.
• Influence with worship software (Planning Center, ProPRESENTER, Ableton,/or Operation, etc.) and basic technical equipment.
• Understand theological principles of worship and the keenness of growth as a spiritual leader.
