Product Safety Organization team is responsible for providing legal advice and lawyer to support multiple teams within the Geospace responsible for maintaining our excellent product safety record in the aviation industry and ensuring the organizational compliance with aviation. A successful candidate for US federal aviation regulations and similar non -American regulations will be recommended, and will submit a report to the CEO, product safety and aviation regulation. In this role, the successful candidate will work cooperatively with a group of stakeholders in our technology and operations department, including the safety and quality of the products, the organizational strategy team, the trauma office, our manager responsible for the FAA production certificate, and the chief engineer office. The successful candidate will also support our engines and commercial services team, especially with regard to the requirements of the product certificate and its maintenance. This is a position that has a global focus, with a focus on the rules of FAA design, production and maintenance, but also supports our global departments and subsidiaries that carry the design, production and maintenance statements from the European Agency and Safety Agency and other global organizers. This role is a major member of the Geospace Legal & Compliance team. Presenter.
Roles and responsibilities
- Provides legal advice and strategic advisor for commercial operations to ensure adherence to the requirements of the applicable aviation regulations, with a focus on American federal aviation regulations and American and non -American regulations, as well as the company’s internal policies.
- The Director of the FAA Production Certificate and the Technology and Operations Corporation in organizational compliance, interpretation, reviews, disclosure, investigations, and implementation issues support, and supports compliance with the FAA drug and alcohol program regarding results, disclosure and enforcement.
- It is recommended for issues related to the certificates of the company type and other design approvals, including the requirements for production, maintenance and provision of the available instructions for the continuation of the ICA annex.
- Companies affiliated with the company that holds a repair station certificates on maintenance regulations, results, disclosure, investigations and enforcement are advised.
- It works in a cross -manner with non -production and non -US design licenses to support compliance with the applicable regulations.
- The Compliance Organization helps in the internal investigations that were raised through the operation of the company’s open report on organizational compliance with aviation.
- Bilateral agreements for aviation, issues that may arise in the context of acquisition or disposal of investments, questions related to licensing agreements for our evidence, technology, and penalties are recommended.
Required qualifications
- Forenes is a doctor from a university or a certified college with at least 6 years of experience in practicing law.
- The experience of working with a strong understanding of federal aviation regulations, FAA.
