Job title:
Newcastle University Business is seeking a distinguished academic leader for the role of the Dean. As part of the school’s executive council, it will play a major role in shaping and implementing the school’s academic employment strategy, supporting excellence in research, teaching and participation throughout the school.
You will lead and implement strategies for academic employment, development, retaining and performance management. Work closely with the heads of the Topic Group to build a supportive and high -performance academic environment. Management of planning the burden of academic work, caliphate, strategic resources and the reservation of the dean, contributes to supreme decisions, and the representation of the school at the level of faculty and university members.
You will have a strong academic record in research and/or teaching, with leadership experience installed in academic management, commitment to academic excellence, employee development and comprehensive leadership.
