The Wme Creative Team is looking for a sports video product to join our growing content section in digital marketing. This role will focus on creating a dynamic video content that displays the customers, characteristics and features of WME- from telling stories behind the scenes and the features of athletes to rollers highlighting high energy and first social content. The ideal candidate flourishes with narrow final dates, outperforming the translation of creative concepts into the involvement of mathematical content, and is comfortable in cooperation with executives, agents and partners to bring ideas to life.
• Production, photography and editing high -quality sporty video content for WME platforms, customers and partners.
• Create appropriate pieces of stories – including athlete profiles, summarize events, boured pellets, and promotional campaigns.
• Cooperating with creative and communications and social teams to visualize projects and panel and implement projects.
• Edit RAW shots to polished final products, include sound design, motion graphics, and color shades.
• Maintain and play video equipment, and ensure preparation for buds.
• Monitor sports content trends and integrate new and innovative methods of production.
• Cut and redistribute the current shots of social media and digital distribution.
• Collecting modifications quickly and implementing notes from designs and customers.
• Organizing and maintaining project files in Adobe Creative Suite systems and content management systems.
• Managing multiple projects with priority changes to change tight time schedules.
• Improving all content to achieve maximum participation and performance on social platforms.
• Traveling and working at nights/weekends as needed for sports and buds.

requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in sport video production, content capture, and editing.
• Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder (Adobe Atty and Design Graphic Experience A Plus).
• A strong understanding of sports stories and improving social media content.
• IFAS with social media standards and analyzes across platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention in detail.
• The ability to prosper in a fast -paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Experience with HD cameras (Sony Alpha or FX Series A Plus).
• A portfolio that explains the video production works related to sports is required.
• Travel may be required.
