Job details
HEPI is the only intellectual tank in the UK dedicated to higher education and a registered charity. We are looking for a new manager for partnerships, in the aftermath of the current breaks to secure a new role.
The basic responsibility of the successful candidate is to manage relations with those that fund the HEPI work, including 130 higher education institutions and 20+ company.
The main goals of this role are:
- To enhance HEPI current partnership and partnership programs;
- To ensure that HEPI has a strong events program; and
- To secure care for Hibbei reports and events, within the charitable goals of Hibby.
Responsibilities
- To ensure positive relationships between HEPI and University partners (A) and (B) corporate partners;
- To increase recognition of the Hebei University partnership within institutions;
- To oversee the vibrant events program in HEPI- It is expected that some UK travel and work outside working hours;
- To find new opportunities, including links with potential new university partners and corporate partners;
- To support the HEPI posts, including determining the sources of individual projects; and
- For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to participate in the HEPI policy.

- The experience of collecting successful donations, maintaining positive relationships and managing events;
- The ability to work as an elegant member in a team, to suggest new ideas and ownership of individual projects;
- The experience of increasing the arrival and influence of the organization;
- Strong organizational skills and communication, including a high level of written English, with attention to details and initiative;
- He is committed to respecting the full rules governing educational charities (such as disposing of a non -partisan way);
- Knowledge of the UK’s higher education sector will be useful, but this is not necessary for a person ready to learn quickly; and
- HEPI uses the core -based services, such as Microsoft365 and Zoom and Events, which are very necessary.
Interview dates
Successful candidates will be invited to the interview in Oxford Wednesday, 15 October 2025.
