Max Planck is inviting distinguished researchers to apply for a post -PhD in Max Planck Postdoc. We are looking for excellent scholars and scientists who are at an early stage of their academic life.

The Max Planck Postdoc program aims to attract more post -PhD in the world to the Max Planck Association and their support in their professional development through job development measures specially designed and organized professional standards, such as:

Successful candidates will be presented to the post -PhD job in one of the participating institutes.

The post -PhD jobs within the program have a minimum contract period for a period of three years and an supervision agreement that has been adapted to the current post -DEDOC instructions. Payment and advantages are based on personal conditions and qualifications according to TVöd instructions (wage agreement for public service employees).

The guidance program, in which post -support in research and career development is supported by a second guide in addition to the main supervisor, is an integral part of the program and provides useful instructions throughout the entire recruitment period.

To actively plan other professional steps, POSTDOCS is involved in a mandatory professional workshop within the Planck Academy. More workshops and training courses specially designed for post -defense in the program will be merged in the medium term.
