Impactt consultant in the United Kingdom is an important role in providing a positive change to our customers and workers all over the world. The main purpose of consultants is to provide influential consulting projects to customers across many sectors and countries and address a set of human rights issues

You will support the growth of work efforts by representing IMPactt externally and identifying opportunities for more projects.

What will you do?

Work closely with customers and their “diagnosing” human rights risk in their operations, value chains and advice on solutions.

Provide human rights assessments, investigations and similar work in customer sites and their partners.

Creating creatively to develop innovative solutions to difficult issues, and work closely with colleagues in particular for the technical and technical team.

Understand the customer’s need, work with others, and develop a range of services that will deal with this need and provide positive results for customers and workers.

Drafting high -quality and clear and visible reports and proposals, which clearly explain the project approach and results.

Delivery of advice and support directly to customers through the leading presentations and workshops and training.

Project budgets project and resource plans that are in line with project methodology.

Determine opportunities to develop Impactt relationship with existing customers and support colleagues to convert them into other projects.

• Work experience in, passion, human rights, sustainability, moral trade/sustainable sources, social compliance, investigations or the like.
• A curious and designed mentality to really understand and solve problems.
• The experience of working with customers in a professional environment, perfectly in consulting or legal settings.
• Strong experience in project management
• A great ability to analyze situations, develop solutions and implement changes as part of the team.
• Attention to details.
• The ability to sympathize and build trust relationships quickly.
• Creativity and initiative, the ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• A certificate or a rewarding academic qualification.
