as Operations empowerment managerYou will play a pivotal role in forming the spinal spine of the E-Comm emergency communication centers. This is a strategic role that mixes operating excellence with people -focused management. It will supervise a varied portfolio – including manpower management, training, quality guarantee, policy development, and operational projects – with the aim of leading performance, efficiency and employee participation.
This role is ideal for the experienced leader who flourishes in complex and high -influential environments and brings a continuous improvement mindset for everything they do. You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into implementable plans, taking advantage of data to inform decisions, and enhance a culture of accountability, learning and care.
You will lead a team of managers and specialists who support the front lines operations, ensuring that employment, training and quality programs are compatible with the needs of providing services and financial goals. You will also cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new technologies, partner agencies on board, and the development of operational policies that support long -term growth and flexibility.
Above all, you will be a hero for people behind operations-where employees are supported, developed and enabled to provide an exceptional service in an important environment.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic planning and leadership
- Driving and implementing operational strategies through empowerment teams
- Monitor the performance of the service and lead the corrective procedures as needed
- Change management and employee participation initiative
- Setting vision, performance goals and development plans for the team
Manpower Management and predicting it
- Strategic Supervision Command for Manpower Planning and Operations in the Actual Time to ensure continued employment and optimal service
- Administration of a team responsible for analyzing employment requirements, developing transformation structures, predicting future needs, and maintaining the accuracy of time saving
- Cooperation with ECC operations, data and analyzes to improve employment strategies and proactive service gap
- Designing and implementing developmental workforce models that support high -sized environments and critical materials
- Ensuring compliance with collective agreements while maintaining the first people’s approach to scabing and the work of the workforce
Budget and financial strategy
- Development and management of the front lines budgets in cooperation with the Finance and Operations Command
- Resource cost analysis and alignment of workforce investments with financial expectations
- Take data enlightened recruitment decisions and ensure accurate and transparent reports.
Training, training and development
- Supervising the team responsible for designing and delivering training programs for operations for new/current employees and new agency partners
- Lead Quality Management Initiatives and Performance Trend Analysis
- Enhancing a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Politics leadership and governance
- Supervising operating projects, technology applications, and partner on board
- Participate in the continuity of work and planning for emergency management
- Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and preparation.
What you attend:
- 8-10 years in enabling operations, strategic planning, or workforce leadership in the communication center environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or financial or related fields or a mixture of education, experience and training
- Extreme contact or high -sized communication center environments are necessary
- A continuous improvement approach with a strong commitment to fairness, comprehensiveness and the welfare of employees
- Experience appears in strategic planning and implementation, especially in terms of its reports and workmanship, the workforce
- A strong understanding of data analysis and performance reports, with the ability to make data enlightened decisions
- Experience in developing budget and financial analysis
- Previous exposure to educational design, training, policy development and operational governance is an advantage
- Leadership and team development
- Strong skills between people and communication, with the ability to build relationships through teams

Security requirements:
As a condition of employment in E-ComM, the police security permit must be obtained and maintained the required police. To qualify for this process, the candidate may be either a permanent Canadian (PR) or Canadian citizens. We regret any candidates under student or visitor visas or work are not qualified to consider.
Vaccination requirements: E-ComM 911 has the currently suspended vaccination policy. However, if the policy is restored, it will be a condition for all current and future employees.
