Applications are invited to publish the biomedical data world specialized in spatial vital information. This position is located in the new research excellence center in the MRC CORE in immunology of exhibitions, hosted by Manchester and Oxford universities jointly. The nucleus will benefit from advanced mathematical methods, new experimental models, and experimental medicine studies to detect how pollutants and infections interact with our genes to cause and exacerbate chronic inflammatory diseases.
The pregnant woman will be responsible for applying the calculations for analyzing data from high -resolution spatial technologies, including spatial data, protein data integrated with clinical data and high -resolution omics data groups. They will apply advanced machine learning methods for spatial mothers and integrate multimedia data. The pregnant woman will also cooperate in developing new mathematical methods to support CORE’s scientific goals, which have been published in addition to the well -documented open source tools to adopt wider. The successful applicant will have a doctorate degree with a large account and/or statistical component and will have experience in machine learning. A strong interest in biomedia and informational information is essential. The candidate must also have a good scientific record in the granted publishing, to be self -motivated, and work hard and able to work in a team.
