What will you do:

  • Support the sale of additional health products by highlighting the benefits, services, pricing, competitive advantages and processes.
  • Partner with the representatives of sales of the Omaha group appointed from Omaha to meet performance standards and achieve voluntary sales goals, including new business, cross opportunities, and renewal activity.
  • Developing competitor strategies by creating tools and analyzes to enhance sales mode.
  • Determining, coordinating and providing field training for each product in cooperation with sales offices and internal departments.
  • Create and implement sales support materials such as competitors, presentations and marketing content.
  • Office visits and the main mediator as needed to support product sales.
  • Helping to develop final presentations to secure new job opportunities.
  • Partner with internal departments to determine and implement product improvements and operations.
  • Developing and maintaining the current knowledge of the company’s products, policies and services.

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience and extensive knowledge of collective supplementary health insurance products, design, management, and marketing. Specifically, accidents, critical disease, and hospital compensation.
  • Success and the ability to build relationships with sales staff showed.
  • Oral communication skills, strong writing, display skills, negotiations, and the ability to cooperate with teams.
  • At least 3-5 years of support for the additional health sales of the group or experience in sales.
  • The ability to travel to 15 % of the work period and a valid driving license.
  • Knowing competitors and locating products.
