The upper trend is looking for an experienced lawyer to work as deputy to the General Adviser. The Deputy General Adviser will submit a report to the financial manager, and in the end he works closely with a general advisor to identify, develop, communicate and monitor policies that will ensure compliance with the law by the entire company. What will you do:

• Supervising the process of reviewing and implementing contracts for the entire company

• Formulating commercial contracts and negotiating them with merchant partners, data providers and sellers

• Providing legal advice across many areas of topics, including the Contracts Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Consumer Protection Laws, and Commercial Law

• Work with the external lawyer and its management

The competencies you will need:

• More than 12 years of experience as a practitioner (including at home or a law firm)

• Extensive experience and experience in formulating and negotiating commercial contracts

• Experience with the data privacy law is the best

• The ability to deal with major problems in the areas of practice with a little supervision or non -existent

• A proper judgment of business and the knowledge of industry

• Customer relationship management experience with business leaders

• Experience in the technology industry is very favorite

• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet the final dates with a high -quality work product constantly in a fast -paced environment

• Strong personal skills with the ability to interact effectively and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels

• Great interest in details with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

This mixed role is based in the Capital Office. Attendance inside the office is required on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and it may increase based on the needs based on projects and changes to the office’s policy in the upward direction over time.

compensation:

The American basic salary for this position is full -time is $ 200,000 – 240,000 dollars + stock entitlements +. The final starting salary will be determined based on skills, expertise, qualifications, workplace and market conditions.
