Remote B2C Appointment Scheduler at Walter
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) inbound appointment scheduler to call out of paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram) for our high traffic beauty salon clients. You will handle calls, texts, and direct messages from potential clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth client experience. Ideal candidates are confident, process-oriented communicators who love communicating with clients.
Brief background
- Our client is a local, family owned hair and beauty salon in Fontana, CA that has been around for 21 years.
- They offer a wide variety of services ranging from haircuts, color, highlights, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, permanent makeup, etc.
- We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, patient and concise in his communication.
Overview
Daily duties
- Contact all potential customers who have signed up for ads on Facebook or Instagram
- Respond to incoming SMS messages, Facebook DMs and Instagram DMs that are escalated to a human when the AI ​​can no longer handle them
- Create follow-up tasks in CRM
- Book appointments, reschedule and cancel
- Call no-shows to put them back on the calendar
- Communicates with hair stylists regarding client requests and scheduling needs
- EOD reports
Weekly assignments
- Weekly review meeting
- Understand KPI goals and collaborate on ideas to improve them

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, 1 hour break (30 min lunch, + 2 -15 min or 1 -30 min break)) and must meet the following schedule:
- Monday: 9am to 6pm PT
- Tuesday: off
- Wednesday: 9am to 6pm PT
- Thursday: 9am to 6pm PT
- Friday: 9am to 6pm PT
- Saturday: 9am to 6pm PT
- Sunday: off
requirements
- language: Advanced English and Spanish (bilingual).
- location: Based in Latin America with
- Sales experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, with the ability to discover, build rapport, and handle objections.
- communication: Confident, articulate and friendly on the phone. Extroverted personality.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Able to read tones, detect frequency and process it proactively.
- Process oriented: Detail and process oriented and able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Problem solving: Ability to independently resolve edge case scenarios and overcome objections
- Literacy of customer relationship management: Experience using CRM and keeping leads organized. Experience using GoHighLevel is a big plus.
- Internet: Fast, reliable internet, and support in case of outage
- Computer: At least 6GB of RAM (preferably 8-16+GB), with a mouse. The second screen is preferred
Preferred qualifications
- 1 year+ sales experience.
- Familiarity with the salon/beauty services industry (or any B2C appointment-based service business experience).
- Personal interest in the beauty/self care industry.
- Experience in dealing with female clients
- AI literacy, specifically with AI agents or AI-powered tools for business/sales applications
