Summary of the job:
Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the manager, the strategy of people in implementing human resources initiatives that support GMF employees worldwide. Duties/basic responsibilities:
Human resources and salaries
- In consultation with the regional Bucharest director, helps to stress, directs offices, installation on mountains and all records of salary and relevant updates to ensure consistency throughout the institution
- Local salaries are coordinated on transportation, reconciliation and banking transactions, as well as time conservation contracts and work in coordination with the regional manager, and it is prepared and distributed employment agreements and amendments as authorized by human resources
