We are looking for a building service technician to join the team in the Plant Science Department.

The successful candidate will make internal and external repairs, modifications and installation of services/ equipment for management to support effective operation and maintenance of daily management facilities. The driver’s license is required where there will be some driving between the required sites.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Make the preventive collapse and maintenance of the department’s plant (heating, ventilation, cooling, etc.) and equipment, investigating the reported problems, contacting with others to determine the nature of the report reported, diagnosing faults, or testing the factory operation if necessary, decide regarding the therapeutic procedure and full repairs either by contractors or employees to inform the progress, and ensure that the plant is returned in the arrangement of full work.

Keep a record of the completed jobs/ work, the time it spends, the materials used and for whom. A regular examination of the computerized buildings management system to verify the presence of plant errors or failures, search the operation of the factory, and contact with the manager of real estate management services/ buildings to treat error/ failure. It sometimes explains operating and maintenance procedures for team members and/or others.

Implement preventive maintenance, including contact with the Director of Management/Real Estate Buildings Services about the nature of the service that is implemented and influence the department’s operations. Check the service factory in line with real estate management instructions and the manufacturer’s instructions, and reported any conditions that arise negatively on the progress of work in real estate management, maintaining the job/work record, the time it spends, the materials used and for whom, to report any follow -up procedure.

Once the employment offer is accepted, the successful candidate will be asked to undergo a healthy evaluation.
