What to expect from your role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior CRM Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates wishing to develop their customer relationship management skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you will learn and be responsible for:

• Build and support communication campaigns: Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer relationship management strategies;
• Customer Segmentation: Helps segment customer databases to deliver personalized and targeted marketing communications;
• Reporting: Regularly reporting on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, and suggesting areas for improvement;
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
• Basic understanding of CRM principles and marketing strategies;
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is a plus but not required;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
