ELSA (English Language Assistant) is an application that works with the same Amnesty International that helps language learners to improve speech and communication skills. With more than 50 million world users, we are on a task to cancel opportunities for the world through the best English.

About the role:

We seek a design to lead our product design functions and brands. This role will be the future of how to try ELSA learners – strategic vision, creative trend, and implementation of design via mobile phone channels, web and marketing.

What will you do:

• Leading and developing a high performance design team (product designers, visual and brands)

• Set the strategic design trend across all touch points (product/UX, brand identity, campaigns)

• Cooperation with products, engineering, marketing and executive leadership to build delightful and effective user experiences

• User -focused approach to the user design and data supported

• The consistency of the driving and development system

• Run your sleeves when you need to pay the creative tape via major initiatives

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of design experience, with 3+ years in leading design roles

• A strong portfolio displaying the design of the product to the tip and business of the brand

• A successful managing and directing designers

• Communication, cooperation and excellent stories skills

• Experience in work in consumer technology or Edtech is plus

• Figma fluency, preliminary models, and best design practices
