What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Rust developer who is willing to work on a range of different problems, whether infrastructure, DevOps or software. Someone who is independent and a critical thinker when dealing with a task but also works well with a team. And someone who keeps pushing themselves to learn new things and how they can improve our workflow.

That’s what it’s all about

• Support in building our technical infrastructure (commercial infrastructure, AWS, Grafana and other monitoring tools)
• Work with DeFi traders to effectively find and seize opportunities together
• Support in the development and stability of our programs

Some skills we value

• Take initiative and ownership of your business
• Passion for DeFi and previous software development experience. This experience can be developed on your own through your interests or in your career
• Additional understanding of other protocols and languages ​​is a plus
• Rust + Hardness
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and architectural patterns for low-latency distributed systems
• Excellent quantitative skills
• Experience in database design and maintenance is a plus
• Although previous business experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. Since you are passionate about DeFi, we expect you to be eager to learn and implement market making and high-frequency trading
