We are currently looking for a Middle Development Operations Engineer To join our team in a full-time collaboration format.

In this role, you will:
– Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for projects across GameDev and Outsource departments (tests, migrations, dependencies);
— Automate the deployment and infrastructure setup of development, staging and production environments;
– Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, UptimeRobot, Loki, ELK);
– Implement and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent and repeatable setups;
– Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD reliability, performance and cost efficiency;
– Document infrastructure, operations, and best practices.

What is important to join us:
– 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production environment;
– Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and shell scripting (Bash, Zsh);
– Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose (containerization best practices);
– Proficiency in using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity;
– Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, OVH, DigitalOcean);
– Proficiency in monitoring, alerting and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Sentry, UptimeRobot);
– Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) and backup automation.
– Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, reverse proxies (Nginx, Traefik) and SSL/TL;
– Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm (deployment, scaling and troubleshooting);
– Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or Pulumi);
– Experience with GitOps tools (FluxCD);
– Experience with version control and branching strategies in Git;
– Above-intermediate or high level of English (communicating with teammates and clients).

Nice to have:
– Container orchestration outside of Kubernetes: Nomad, ECS, EKS, or GKE;
– Serverless environments (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions);
— Security and compliance tools: HashiCorp Vault, OpenVPN, CrowdSec, Falco;
– Load testing and performance monitoring (k6, JMeter, Grafana k6 Cloud);
— Configuration management: Chef, Puppet, Ansible;
– Cost monitoring and optimization (AWS Budgets, Kubecost, Grafana Cloud);
— Scripting languages: Python, Go, or Groovy for automation tasks.
