We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer To join us as part of our team.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team, building cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for the real estate industry. You will work on a platform that integrates directly with real estate CRM to automate leasing inquiries using LLMs and web automation technologies.

Technical Stack: Python, Django, React, LLM, Automation (Selenium or Puppeteer), AWS, Docker.

As a qualified expert, you will do just that

• Develop and maintain Django-based backend services that power our automation platform
• Create powerful web scraping and automation workflows using Selenium to interface with multiple real estate CRM systems
• Design and implement integrations between our platform and client systems
• Improving LLM interactions and demanding improved response quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with the team to design scalable solutions as we grow our customer base
• Debugging and resolving issues across the full stack

We are looking for you if you have

• 5+ years of experience with Python in a professional environment
• 3+ years of working experience with Django framework
• 3+ years of experience in web scraping/automation using Selenium or Puppeteer
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Bonus points

• Experience in agile engineering and LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Reactive experience for front-end development
• Familiarity with real estate industry workflow and CRM systems
• Experience with AWS services
• Knowledge of containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
