As Head of Engagement and Communications, you will support the CEO in leading AMOSSHE as a senior leader. She will also serve as Deputy Director, contributing to operational management and strategic development and stepping into the CEO position as needed. You will have executive management responsibilities for team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering impactful communications strategies that drive member engagement, promote AMOSSHE events and initiatives, and raise the profile of the organization.

Contract type: Permanent full time (37 hours per week).

location: hybrid. Two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the office in central London. This is the requirement of the role.

Salary range: £45,000 to £50,000, with a starting salary of £45,000 to £47,000, depending on experience.
