About the role

We are looking for a driven, ambitious sales executive to join our dynamic team. This isn’t just a job: it’s a career-defining opportunity with clear paths for growth. You will be responsible for an important part of our sales process, closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiation and closing: Lead the sales conversation, demonstrate value, handle objections, and close deals with the confidence to meet and exceed your goals.
• Customer relationship management: Accurately track all sales activities, communications and progress within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• cooperation: Work closely with a supportive team of marketing and product professionals to refine your approach and provide market feedback.

requirements

• Experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience in IT or real estate sales Strongly preferred.
• Mandatory high level English (B2, C1), with written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian language Required for effective and smooth collaboration with our core team.
• They are self-motivated, flexible and thrive on the challenge of finding new business.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
