To turn a profit within six months, we are rapidly expanding our team and looking for an experienced sales professional who wants to be part of a company that is growing in sales and market share – not just relying on investor funding. This is an opportunity to shape our rapid growth and make a real impact.

Role Overview:
We seek a Sales and Success Manager for the full cycle To manage and close sales with a robust pool of pre-qualified leads. Your focus will be on aggressive and professional follow-up, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with submitted leads quickly and consistently to drive conversions.

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through closing and post-sale customer success.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Present presentations professionally to clients, and communicate clearly and convincingly in near-native English levels.

  • Balance persistence with professionalism, knowing when to follow up and when to give clients space.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

  • Represent the company during occasional travel to the United States as needed.

Requirements (must have):

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with US clients.

  • Ability to travel to the United States upon request.

  • Fluency in English at a native level, with professional presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to close deals efficiently.

  • Excellent relationship building skills focused on long-term client success.

  • Experience in software or B2B hard goods sales.

  • Willingness to work from a local coworking space.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience living in the United States

  • Experience selling B2B hard goods.

  • Familiarity with US business operations (purchase orders, invoices, quotes, shipping).

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
